Keedae Kim has been the senior pastor at Church of Peace (PCUSA) for the past 17 years. He has also been the chief editor at NewsM (internet editorial) for the past year and has been a lecturer at several seminaries.

He completed his graduate studies in Buddhism (MA) and Korean Religious History (PhD). His current research interests include postmodernism and film, postmodern philosophy of Salvoj Zizek and Alan Badiou, and justice and peace in the postmodern world. His book Religious Narrative in Film won the Best Books Award in Korea in 2013.
